Licensed Massage Therapist: Sandy Schafer

Sandy is a native of Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from White River School of Massage in 1996. She holds an Associate of Science Degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Her entire career has been in a clinical setting working with family physicians, orthopedic and plastic surgeons. She specializes in therapeutic massage therapy, which includes Myofascial Release and Neuro-muscular re-education. She has a deep concern for the well being of her patients and the treatment she provides.

Why Chiropractic and not another area of practice? For me, chiropractic opens up more options for the patients. They see results quickly and don’t have to resort to long-term treatments.

What do you enjoy most about your work? It’s a nice environment with a friendly staff. Everyone here cares for the patients and has a genuine concern for their health.

What do you do in your spare time? I consider myself a decorator! Anything to do with organizing or decorating interests me. I also love the fall around here – the turning leaves are beautiful!
